Dennis Isaac

Chief Marketing Officer

James founded Current Ways and serves as its President & CEO. He is also currently the President & CEO of LHV Power Corporation (formerly known as HiTek Power Corp.), a provider of Low and High Voltage Power Supplies for medical, industrial, and commercial markets. He has more than two decades of executive management experience within the high tech electronic industry. He is also currently on the Board of Directors for Flux Power ( FLUX ) which is an innovative company providing lithium energy storage solutions to several markets including wind, solar, and backup power. James has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Dennis joined Current Ways after spending 25 years in the Distributed Power and Automotive Power industries. While working at Semikron, a major, independent power semiconductor company, Dennis was part of a team chosen to start the company spin off into designing power electronics in the distributed power industry. Dennis was also tasked with developing the business and product development plan for the company’s entrance into the vehicle power electronics industry. Dennis served as Business Development Manager for both market segments.


Brad Landseadel

Shmoil Pourdavoud

Director of Quality

Brad brings over 30 years of power electronics, control systems, hardware, software and product packaging to Current Ways. He began his career as a power electronics engineer developing servo amplifiers for military and commercial applications. His experience is detailed and broad and includes expertise in hardware development, power electronics to apologies, analog and digital design, control systems development and analysis, thermal management, mechanical packaging, reliability analysis, DFMEA methodologies and DFM principles for commercial, aerospace, military and automotive product lines. Indirectly or directly, Brad has done work for Ford, GM, Gulf Aero, AeroVironment, Fisker Automotive, Semikron GmbH and Remy Electric to name just a few. Brad attended California State University, Fresno. Shmoil joined Current Ways after 30 years working in the semiconductor industry and high volume distribution. Throughout his years in the industry, Shmoil has held various positions as Director/VP of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality. He has worked on high volume lines and high reliability systems designed for space and rocket industry. His extensive knowledge in organization and quality systems will add to Current Ways systematic approach to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Shmoil holds a MSEE from Rutgers University, NJ.



MaryLou Barrios

Director of Operations

Matthew Petersen


MaryLou Barrios has worked in the Electronic Manufacturing Field for over 25 years. She was employed by Lambda Electronics, now TDK for over 15 years, she has held positions of Manufacturing Manager as well as the Material and Logistics Manager. She joined LHV Power in Sept 1999 as Director of Operations, her responsibilities include Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing.

Marylou graduated from SDSU with emphasis in Operations Resource Management. She also earned a CFPIM Certificate and has taught APICS courses at the Extended Study Program at SDSU.

Matthew joins Current Ways with over a decade of accounting experience, Matthew helps Current Ways maintain a smooth internal operation while managing AP, AR, billing, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation. Prior to joining Current Ways, Matthew was an Accounting Manager for an outsourced accounting company and provided financial consulting services to companies in a variety of industries. Mathew earned Bachelor of Accountancy with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of San Diego.
